Mama gets brave...

With excitement and lots of photo ops coming up soon, we've been talking about needing to get Eli's haircut. But with the head measurement and ct scan trauma of the past few weeks, I was dreading it. The boy is 100% against anyone messing with his head these days, and who can blame him. So, I decided to give it a go myself. Armed with comb, scissors, and popsicle, I took him out on the porch and went to it.
Success! Look how handsome! I paid very close attention as he flailed through his last professional cut and it didn't seem like an exact science. It turned out to be quite easy.
It even turned out pretty cute in the back.
I just thought this was a fun action shot. We were building block houses around the holy family, and then Eli would crash the blocks down as he does with any block structure, holy or not. Crash!

Way to go, brave mama! (But really, can anyone do damage to that perpetually gorgeous hair?!)

So what did the CT results say?!

Very very good Jessa! Eli looks handsome as usual. Mr. G is going to get the same treatment this weekend (I especially like the addition of the popsicle- smart!).

Good job Jessa! Looks awesome! Yet another thing you are fantabulous at. sigh.

That first picture is proof that Eli's head is an absolutely perfect size--no CT scan needed.
