A smattering of his new tricks:
-thinking about standing for some seconds.
-saying bye bye, arf arf (what a dog says), Ma Ma (finally!), etc.
-learning that when Mama says "yucky" he should stop eating the book.
-crawling around and playing hide and peek behind furniture.
-walking everywhere, including hikes in the forest, with the assistance of any two fingers.
-exploring and playing independently while Mama works.
-feeding himself with a fork or spoon and then offering the utensil back to a parent for reloading.
-pointing to objects in books when asked, i.e. "Where's the Moon, Eli?"
-barking back at random dogs.
-taking his own pants off.
And now, some big smiles:

Invisible lawn mower!
Ditto Kelly! He does indeed appear to have some invisible help! Congrats on all of his remarkable firsts!
Wow, a standing Eli - That is incredible! He gets cuter every time I see him. Love the Mr. Mischief shirt. So appropriate for this age. :-)
