Wow!!! What a great birthday gift. No one has ever birthed a baby for me before. And just in time too. I had just decided to stop celebrating my own. The great cosmic universe is all in order. Really guys, Elijah is amazing. What a beautiful baby. Congrats to you both. And just think...until 8:50pm yesterday you only thought you knew what love was. Now, let the great life begin. We love and miss you guys.
Correct, no such thing as too many baby pics. My favorite is the one of Eli in the jammies- his legs are clearly not down in the leg holes. He looks like Maggie Simpson getting ready to go out in the snow. Jessa- you look so radiant.
Please, sir ... may we have some more? It's midway through day 4, fer cryin' out loud! He's, like, 25% older today than yesterday! Or is it 33.3%? Math, bah. =0)
Just FYI: I printed a photo to show G and she got all verklempt. Seriously. She needed a moment. Naturally, she then proceeded to berate me for not flying all of us out there so she could see young Eli in person. I'm not around her at the moment, but I'm sure she's still mad at me in her head.
